Bubur Lambuk
Ingredients:
2 cups rice
300g minced mutton / beef
Sup bunjut (Spice mix)
200 ml coconut cream
1 -2 beef / chicken cubes
1 tsp white pepper
1 tsp black pepper
Salt to taste
Saute ingredients:*
1 onion or 5 shallots (sliced)
2 garlic
3 sliced ginger
1 lemongrass
1 cinnamon stick
1 star anise
2 cardamom
2 cloves
1 tbsp ginger & garlic paste
1/2 tbsp coriander powder
1/4 tsp fennel powder
1/4 tsp cumin powder
Celery
Spring onion
Fried Shallots
Method
Porridge
Boil the rice and add enough water if needed
Saute all ingredients, add minced mutton or beef and cook for 5 mins
Add sup bunjut, sauteed ingredients and coconut cream, beef or chicken cubes, white pepper, black pepper, salt to taste and water
Add fried shallots, chopped celery and spring onions
Bubur Lambuk
Bahan-bahan:
2 cawan beras
300g daging Kambing cincang / daging lembu cincang
Sup bunjut (campuran rempah)
200 ml Santan
1 -2 pati daging lembu / pati daging ayam (kuib)
1 sudu teh lada putih
1 sudu teh lada hitam
Garam secukup rasa
Bahan tumisan*
1 bawang besar atau 5 bawang merah kecil (dihiris)
2 bawang putih
3 halia dihiris
1 serai
1 batang kayu manis
1 bunga lawang
2 buah pelaga
2 bunga cengkih
1 sudu besar halia & paste bawang putih
1/2 sudu besar serbuk ketumbar
1/4 sudu teh jintan manis
1/4 sudu teh jintan putih
Daun Saderi
Daun Bawang
Goreng goreng
