Power Walking with Dumbbells: Activate Your Energy and Awaken Your Muscles 🌞💪🏃♀️
Often, when we set out for a walk, our focus naturally gravitates towards the movement of our legs, but not so much on our arms. However, that won't be the case in this new Power Walking routine where the protagonists are indeed our arms, along with shoulders, back, and abdomen, all working together in a complementary manner.
I've done the routine with 0.5-kilogram dumbbells. If you've been training with me for a while, definitely increase the weight to a minimum of 1 kilogram. You can also use ankle weights in this routine.
An ideal routine to work on our cardiovascular endurance while primarily targeting the muscles of our upper body.
Suitable for all audiences. Low impact.
