Sculpt and Tone Your Body without Impact. Pilates Routine with Weights 🌟💪🤸♀️
Today we are going to work on the muscles differently. We are going to focus more on repetition and use a lighter load. It's another strategy to work our muscles compared to the routines you've had in previous weeks where we did emphasize the weight or resistance we were using.
This time we're going to play with repetition and work different parts of the body with different movements that allow us to involve the maximum number of muscle fibers.
We're back to working to the rhythm of the music I love, and it's also very beautiful music.
For this routine, you'll need a pair of dumbbells, mine are 1.5 kilograms, and a mat.
It's impact-free, and I also want to mention that at the time of recording, I am seven weeks pregnant.
