"Pilates on the Wall: Sculpt Glutes and Define Abs in 20 minutes" 💫🧡

Welcome to a new Wall Pilates class. This is a variation of Pilates that uses the wall as support, adding a certain complexity or difficulty to some exercises. Additionally, this support can help us achieve better alignment in each posture.

There are many benefits to practicing this discipline, whether on the mat or on the wall, and I advise you to include it in your weekly training. Here are some of them:

1. Gentle on the joints. Pilates involves controlled and low-impact movements, resulting in less joint stress while promoting flexibility and mobility.

2. Builds a stronger core. A strong core is the foundation of a healthy body. Pilates deeply engages these core muscles, providing the benefits of stability, balance, and an overall sense of well-being.
