500 g potatoes
50 g butter
250 g cod fillet
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp white pepper
1/2 tsp thyme

1/2 tsp rosemary
2 eggs
Frying oil
For the tomato sauce:
300 ml passata
150 ml fish stock
1 tbsp chopped dill
2 tbsp tomato paste
