Ingredients:

300g sausage
150g mayonnaise
100g pickles
3 tbsp pickle juice
1 tbsp horseradish
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp pepper
1 red onion
1 tbsp fresh dill

Preparation:

Cut the sausage into thin strips and place them in a large bowl. Finely dice the pickles and add them to the sausage. In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, pickle juice, horseradish, salt, sugar, and pepper until a uniform sauce forms.

Pour the sauce over the sausage and pickles in the large bowl and mix everything well. Finely chop the red onion and fold it together with the fresh dill into the meat salad. Let the meat salad sit in the refrigerator for at least an hour before serving.
