Welcome to part ten of the basement makeover! In the last vid I designed the seating area, so we're halfway there to creating the 70's basement of my dreams. In this video, I'm focusing on the other side of the space, which is going to be the bar area. I wanted to share a trick on how to build a wood bar without using a saw to show that anyone can do it. My friends at Apartment Therapy put me up to the challenge and I'm pretty pumped with how it turned out, so a big thanks to them for collaborating on this one. You can literally build anything you can dream up, so I'm hoping this video will inspire you to try it yourself.

A little backstory on me ... I’ve been living and working in NYC for the past eighteen years, but with everything going on in the world 😷 I decided to take a little break from Brooklyn and buy my first home in Milwaukee with my boo. That way he has a place to call home since he already lives here and I'll have a little escape to go to when I have downtime from work. I’m definitely not a carpenter by any means, but I do think I can accomplish what I have planned for this little house.
