STRENGTH X ENDURANCE - WITH ADDITIONAL WEIGHTS LEVEL 2

Choose your weight that you are comfortable working with and let's get started!
Similar to the Level 1 Workout, this time we will add more movements, more additional weights and more complexity.

This sessions setup with Rebecca will be divided in 5 workout blocks with each 3 sets of exercises. Each set contains 45 second with dumbbells and 30 seconds endurance exercises.

As you already know our Workouts will get more advanced and difficult. You can do those workouts multiple times and each time you get through it, you will get stronger and better.
You can also complete this workout while being at the gym! You'll also get prepared for the upcoming Workouts.
