SHOULDERS & ARMS - BIGGER, STRONGER, BETTER!

This 30 minutes workout is all about your upper body!
Before the workouts starts, make sure to choose the correct weights. You can also use a water bottles as an alternative to dumbbells if you workout out from home.
This session focuses on 3 sets with each biceps, triceps and shoulder exercises.

As you already know our workouts will get more advanced and difficult. You can do these workouts multiple times and each time you get through it, you will get stronger, better and happier.

You can also complete this workout while being at the gym!
