LOWER BODY, GLUTES AND CORE - WITH ADDITIONAL WEIGHTS LEVEL 3

In this weeks 30 minutes HIIT class with Rebecca Barthel we'll focus on your lower body.
To start this right, we'll do mobility exercises first and then the actual workout starts. 3 sets with 12 to 15 repetitions of lower body and glutes. In between 30 seconds of core training.

As you already know our Workouts will get more advanced and difficult. You can do these workouts multiple times and each time you get through it, you will get stronger and better.
You can also complete this workout while being at the gym! NEXT WEEK, GET PREPARED FOR #7 WORKOUT UPPER BODY!
