Glutes, Abs, and Legs | Toning Exercises | 20-Minute GAP Routine ✅

Today, we focus on the lower body and also engage the core, especially with isometric and balance exercises.

We will work the muscles of the glutes, legs, and abs through a sequence of exercises that combine toning and cardiovascular work.

As for equipment, we will use a closed elastic band, preferably of medium to high intensity; 5 kg dumbbells, 7.5 kg dumbbells (if you're experienced and have them), and optionally a Fitball. Very optionally, as I know many of you don't have one—don’t let that stop you from doing this routine.

No impact.
