Welcome to your 30 Min Walking Workout to Get Your Steps! This 30 minute indoor walk to get your steps in is going give you that perfect boost of energy. The moves are unique to keep you from getting bored and we will incorporate some nice shoulder and chest openers, so that we leave standing a bit taller and releasing ourselves of any weekday stress. This is a Pilates inspired walking workout where we incorporate mobility while constantly moving our whole body.
This is a no equipment indoor walking cardio routine. A no repeat walking routine 30 minutes, 30 moves, one minute each. My step counter counted 3500 steps at the end of this workout. No equipment needed and friendly to all levels. We will quite literally walk the stress away! Movement is medicinal, so let’s get to it and feeling our best!
