The purpose of this sequence is to soothe the mind and the nervous system, facilitating a true sense of calm. As you progress through this flow, you will cool down your system, ground yourself, and reconnect to the here and now.
This class includes a breath exercise. Breath awareness is on of the best tools to calm you mind and your body.

11:21-11:39 - Cobra
11:40-12:10- Down Dog
12:11-12:35 - Mountain Pose
12:36-14:28 - Easy Pose & Breathwork
14:29-15:50 - Reclining Windshield Wiper Twists
15:51-16:40 - Reclining Goddess
16:41-19:00 - Savasana
19:01-19:23 - Easy Pose
