[Beef Jangjorim Ingredients]
800g beef brisket, 400g peeled quail eggs, 10 dried shiitake
1/2 cup soy sauce, 1 cup cooking wine, 1 cup starch syrup, 1T anchovy fish sauce, 10 Vietnamese peppers

[Beef Jangjorim Recipe]
1) Boil 800g of beef brisket and cut into quail eggs
2) Wash and prepare peeled quail eggs
3) Soak dried shiitake in water and cut into 6 equal parts
4) Marinate the cut shiitake in 1 spoon of fish sauce and 2 spoons of cooking wine for 10 minutes.
5) Put 1/2 cup of soy sauce, 1/2 cup of cooking wine, 1 cup of starch syrup, and Vietnamese red pepper in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
6) Put all the prepared ingredients in the boiling sauce and cook
