[Seasoned Seaweed Ingredients]
20 sheets of seaweed, 5 chives, 1 red pepper, 1T (15g) of dark soy sauce,
1t (5g) of anchovy fish sauce, 1.5T (20g) plum syrup, 3T (35g) cooking wine,
1.5T (15g) minced garlic, 5T (40g) perilla oil, sesame seeds

[Seasoned Seaweed Recipe]
1) Place two pieces of seaweed on a pan heated over high heat, and press down with a spatula to make it crisp
2) Put the roasted seaweed in a plastic bag and crush finely
3) Chop chives and red pepper
4) Add dark soy sauce, fish sauce, plum syrup, cooking wine, minced garlic, and perilla oil to the minced vegetables to make the sauce
