Ingredients and recipe:

Recipe 1:
- Warm water 200 ml
- Warm milk 200 ml
- Yeast 8 g (2 tsp)
- Sugar 1 tbsp.
- Salt 1 tsp.
1. Mix all ingredients
- Vegetable oil 90 ml
2. Stir again
- All-purpose wheat flour 550 - 600 g (add in parts)
3. Mix well with a spatula
4. Knead the dough in a bowl for 2-3 minutes
5. Put the dough on the table and knead for 5-6 minutes
6. The dough should be smooth and not stick to your hands.
7. Grease a bowl with vegetable oil
8. Cover the dough with a towel and let it rest for 45-50 minutes

11. Divide the dough into two equal parts
12. Roll them into a ball
13. Cover with a towel and leave for 10-15 minutes
14. Roll out the dough into a rectangle (35x50 cm).

23. Divide into 2 equal parts
24. Put on cheese
25. Roll up
26. Fix the edges and transfer to baking paper
27. Do the same with the second piece of dough
28. Cover with a towel and leave for 20-25 minutes
29. Look how nice and airy the bread is
- Egg yolk 1 pc.
- Milk 1 tbsp.
30. Cut into 4 - 5 cm wide pieces
31. Lubricate with a brush
32. Sprinkle with white sesame seeds
33. Sprinkle with oregano
34. Bake at 180°C (360°F) for 25-27 minutes

- Dry yeast 7 g (2 tsp)
- Sugar 2 tbsp.
- Salt 1/2 tsp.
- Eggs 2 pcs.
1. Mix all ingredients with a whisk
- All-purpose wheat flour 620-670 g (add in parts)
- Vegetable oil 60 ml (4 tbsp)
2. Mix all ingredients with a spatula
3. Knead the dough in a bowl for 1-2 minutes
4. Place the dough on the table
5. Knead for 4-5 minutes, the dough should become smooth and not stick to your hands.
6. Grease the bowl with vegetable oil
7. Place the dough in a bowl and let it rest for 45-50 minutes
8. The dough has risen well, look how nice and airy it is
9. Dough weight 962 g.
10. Divide the dough into 9 equal parts
11. Roll them into a ball
12. Place each ball on baking paper
13. Cover with a towel and leave for 10-15 minutes
