Join me for this super fluid and flowy Early Morning Wake Up Stretch. Enjoy the sounds of the birds and the bees and the beautiful view of the Ojai mountains as we wake the body up gently and dynamically. This is a full body 20 min yoga in the outdoors class that is geared towards lifting your energy and setting positive intentions for the day. There is limited instructions, so that you can just enjoy, the stillness and quietness of the morning.
