Wall Pilates for Arms with Weights is a 15 minute pilates obliques and arm workout using the wall and a light weight. This is a seated low impact pilates workout on wall. The wall will help us work your core, improve your posture, sculpt lean arms with pilates exercises and shape your obliques. The arm movements are unilateral (single sided) and I am using a 3lb dumbbell for reference. This can be an appropriate wall pilates workout for beginners by modifying the weight or performing it bodyweight.
