This is not to really intended to teach a technique to perform a pick-off / load transfer, but rather to show a different way to re-frame or call an audible when faced with a problem when your team is depleted of organic assets (personnel and / or equipment).  This is an efficient and safe way to accomplish the intended end-state with just a set of fours and a VT Prusik tied in a modified XT configuration.  The Set of Fours & VT is the new  iMAS (individual mechanical advantage system) by North American Rescue, DCD is a Totem, and 8mm is the new North American Rescue Olympus (which should be out in August 2020).  When all is said and done, the casualty is simply attached to the VT Prusik, not onto the rescuer.
