A technique to use with the Totem that locks it off by pushing up - then releases for descent by pushing down. This video shows two versions - one with a carabiner, the other with an aramid VT Prusik. The rope is the 7.5mm Phantom from Rescue Craft. The VT is a 6mm Aramid also from Rescue Craft.
