My grandmother lived to be almost 100 years old because she baked healthy lentil bread! In this video I show you her secret recipe for a delicious and nutritious lentil bread without sugar and flour.

You will be surprised at how easy and quick this recipe is. I used to soak lentils, but now I've found a much quicker way to prepare them. Not only are lentils fantastic for weight loss, but they are also a rich source of vitamins and minerals. They accelerate metabolism and promote brain activity.

Ingredients for Recipe 1:
220g lentils.
2 tablespoons flax seeds.
1 teaspoon ground coriander.
1 teaspoon baking powder.
1 teaspoon turmeric.
Salt.
2 tablespoons psyllium seeds.
350 ml water.
30 ml olive oil.
1 tablespoon lemon juice.

Ingredients for Recipe 2:
2 tablespoons flax seeds.
4 tablespoons water.
130g red lentils.
1 cup boiling water.
50 g hazelnuts.
50 g pumpkin seeds.
20 ml olive oil.
A little bit of salt.
1 teaspoon baking powder.
Add 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar.
40 g plantain seeds.
1 teaspoon coriander.
Sesame seeds for sprinkling.
