Delicious healthy bread doesn't have to be made from flour, it can also be made from lentils. The technique is very simple: soak the lentils, chop all the dough ingredients in a mixer, pour into a mold or divide the dough into pieces and bake. If you refine lentil bread with cheese, olives or nuts, for example, it easily becomes a delicious snack cake. This bread is suitable for those who exclude gluten-containing foods from their diet and for everyone trying to eat right.

INGREDIENTS:⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
☑️ 160 gr dry lentils.
☑️ 1 tablespoon vegetable oil (I used olive oil).
☑️1/2 teaspoon baking soda.
☑️ Salt to taste.
☑️ 20 grams of psyllium (plantain).
☑️ 50ml water.
☑️ 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar.
Bake in a preheated oven at an average temperature of 180 * C in "convection" mode. Bake 25 minutes.

Total per 100 grams:
Calories - 323.10 kcal.
Protein - 17.57g.
fat - 8.38 g.
Carbohydrate - 39.31 g.
