Oatmeal, apple and carrots! I haven't eaten sugar for a year! No flour and no white sugar. I use stevia. You can use honey. An excellent dessert option for the whole family. Light, tasty and healthy cake

2 cups (200 g) oatmeal.
1 teaspoon baking powder.
1 cup (240 ml) milk of your choice.
1 carrot.
Rinse 9 dried apricots in hot water.
Rinse 4 tablespoons of raisins in hot water.
1 apple.
3 eggs.
Vanilla. 4 tablespoons stevia or any other sweetener.
2 tablespoons olive oil.
7 inch (18 cm) baking dish.
Bake in preheated oven at 360F/180C for approximately 45-50 minutes.
