Moms Classic Italian Raisin Bunt Cake

3 eggs
70g sugar
130g yogurt
75g milk
1/4 cup raisin/ soak in Hot water
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
275g flour

Mix everything, except raisins together. Fold in raisins.
Put in a 9” bunt pan. Spray with cooking spray{ I only had a 11”.
It was to big. Will double recipe next time}
Put in a 350 degree oven for 30-40 minutes, or toothpick clean

You can top it with powder sugar.
