1/2cup/100g sugar
Mix together for 3 minutes
2/3 cups/100g flour
1/3 cups/30g cocoa
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
Shift dry into wet ingredients
Line 9x 13 cookie sheet with parchment paper
Spread on paper, trying to keep it even, put in
350 degree oven for 10 minutes. Tooth pick clean.
Roll cake in the parchment paper let cool.
Cream cheese filling
1 block 226g cream cheese room temp.
4 ounce 113g mascarpone cheese
200 ml whipping cream
75g powdered sugar
Mix all together
