Easy Cherry Pie under 90 minutes.

Pie crust

1 1/3 cups flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup Butter flavored crisco
3 tbsp cold water

Mix it together with a dough hook until mostly
Together. Dump it on your mat, Ned until fully combined
Make a ball. Put some flour on counter or mat, roll unto
A 12 inch circle, put pie pan in middle of dough, flip it
Over . Make sure dough gos all around the pan bottom and side.

Cheery pie filling

3 -15 ounce cans of red tart pitted cherries
Drain, put in large bowl, add 1 1/3 cups sugar
1/3 cup flour, mix together. Pour into pie crust

Make a second pie crust or double the crust recipe.

Pre heat oven to 425 degree, put ring around pie crust edge
Or use aluminum foil. Put in oven for 30 minutes, take off
Ring or foil, put back in oven for 15 more minutes, or until
Golden brown. Let cool for at least 2 hours.
