Thank you for joining me today, and I do these classes so that a can share the many benefits of exercise that I have learnt and study over many years as a fitness instructor.

If you are new to exercise or have medical conditions I recommend you check with your GP before starting any exercise programs as you could have underlying conditions and there is risk with exercise. If you feel pain make the movements smaller or go onto the next exercise. Listen to your body. Have a safe space and chair. If you feel unwell do not exercise and if you feel you need help seek out a professional that can guide you through the movement face to face. Be safe at home !!
