Annette is a wellness fitness instructor and along with fitness I have certification in beginners Tai Qi, Qi Gong, seated yoga, meditation, and movement with a Chi ball and the benefits include improved mobility, relaxation, flexibility, regulate your breathing and the movements are modified and may include different styles and programs.

This is a seated class suitable for beginners of all ages, seniors, disability, injury.

If you enjoy, I would recommended progression into a face to face traditional Tai Chi class in the community setting.
