Working with people with chronic conditions I found that there is a lot of evidence showing the health benefits of Tai Chi and Qi Gong and I include some of these movements in my classes.

Improve balance, mobility and posture
Improve co ordination
Reduce stress and anxiety
Increase confidence
Help regulate breathing and lower blood pressure
A fun social outing


I have studied Tai Chi, Qi Gong, Seated Yoga and Qi ball exercise and see the benefits everyday in my classes not only for beginners, but seniors and also those with limited mobility.


This is a modified class that you can do at home with just a comfortable and safe chair, and hopefully it will allow you the confidence to one day join some of the wonderful full Tai Chi classes that fun in the community.


My goal with my videos is to use my experience to help you exercise at home for better health and independence and I hope you enjoy.
