I hope you enjoy this 20 minute myofascial release work for the hips and low back. You’ll need a tennis ball or something of a similar size form this session. Myofascial release can be uncomfortable, but should not be painful. It’s a great way to alleviate tension, pain, and tightness in your muscles.
