🔔 Shiitake Mushroom Potato Side Dish. (1T=rice spoon)
2~3 potatoes (450g), 4 shiitake mushrooms (100g), 1 green chili pepper, 2T corn syrup, 2T olive oil, 5T soy sauce, 100ml water, ½T minced garlic (5g), 1T sesame oil.

✨ Shiitake Mushroom Potato Side Dish. (Refer to the video for the detailed recipe.)
1. Slice the potatoes.
2. Rinse in water.
3. Add 2T corn syrup to the potatoes and mix. Let sit for 15 minutes.
4. Slice the shiitake mushrooms and green chili peppers.
5. Add 2T olive oil and potatoes to the pan and stir-fry over high heat for 2 minutes.
6. Add 5T soy sauce and 100ml water and mix. Close the lid and boil over high heat. + When it boils, reduce to medium heat and boil for 5 more minutes.
7. Add 1/2T (5g) of minced garlic, shiitake mushrooms, and green chili peppers and stir-fry for 30 seconds on high heat.
8. Close the lid and cook for 1 minute on low heat.
9. Turn off the heat and mix in 1T of sesame oil.
