🔔 Grilled Hwangtae. (1T = rice spoon)
1 Hwangtae, 1/3T sugar, 1T mirin, 1/2T soy sauce, 1T sesame oil, glutinous rice flour, 1T cooking oil, a little green onion, sesame seeds.
Seasoning: minced garlic 1T, minced ginger 1/4T, red pepper powder 1T (7g), soy sauce 1/2T, mirin 1T, sesame oil 1T, starch syrup 1T, mayonnaise 1T (15g), black pepper, gochujang 1T (40g).

✨ Hwangtae grilled. (Refer to the video for detailed recipe.)
1. Trim Hwangtae and rinse in water.
2. Mix 1/3T sugar, 1T mirin, 1/2T soy sauce, and 1T sesame oil and apply on Hwangtae.
3. Make seasoning: minced garlic 1T, minced ginger 1/4T, red pepper powder 1T (7g), soy sauce 1/2T, mirin 1T, sesame oil 1T, starch syrup 1T, mayonnaise 1T (15g), pepper, gochujang 1T (40g).
4. Cut green onion.
5. Cover Hwangtae with glutinous rice powder.
6. Put 1T of cooking oil in a pan and bake Hwangtae.
7. Apply seasoning.
8. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onions.
