Resepi Dendeng Daging

1 kg daging
2 biji bawang merah besar
7 ulas bawang putih
4 inci halia
1/2 mangkuk kicap lemak manis
1 mangkuk cili kering
4 batang serai
4 keping daun limau purut
Gula
Garam
Serbuk perasa

1. Rebus daging sehingga masak. Simpan air rebusan daging.
2. Potong daging nipis dan tumbuk menggunakan lesung batu sehingga nipis.
3. Gaulkan dengan kicap lemak manis dan perapkan seketika.
4. Goreng daging.
5. Kisar bahan - bawang merah, bawang putih, halia dan cili kering.
6. Gunakan minyak yang sama tumiskan bahan yang dikisar.
7. Masukkan serai.
8. Setelah pecah minyak, masukkan daging yang telah digoreng.
9. Masukkan kicap lemak manis.
10. Masukkan air rebusan daging dan daun limau purut.
11. Perasakan dengan gula, garam dan serbuk perasa.
12. Masak sehingga kering. Sedia untuk dihidang.

2 large red onion
7 cloves of garlic
4 inch finfer
1/2 bowl of sweet soy sauce
4 lemongrass
4 kaffir lime leaves
Sugar
Salt
Seasoning

1. Boil meat until cook. Keep aside meat broth.
2. Slice thinly meat and pound it using pestle and mortar.
3. Add sweet soy sauce and mix it well with the meat. Marinate it for a while.
4. Fry meat.
5. Blend ingredients - res onion, garlic, ginger and dried chili.
6. Using the same oil, stir fry the blended ingredients.
7. Add lemongrass
8. After oil separated, add fried meat.
9. Add sweet soy sauce.
10. Add meat broth and kaffir lime leaves.
11. Add sugar, salt and seasoning to taste.
12. Cook until it is a bit dry. Ready to be served!
