Hello everyone :)
This week’s video is about brownies!

I already uploaded two brownie recipes, so why another brownie?

I recently found a brownie recipe that is just as delicious as these two.

It is actually sold at the famous bakery ‘Tartine Bakery’ in San Francisco.
and this recipe is also included in their cookbook.
It doesn't contain common ingredients like cocoa powder or instant coffee powder, but it's just perfect.
It only contains basic ingredients such as butter, sugar, chocolate, flour, and eggs.
It’s really basic but delicious.

The brownie recipes I’ve posted so far are also delicious,
But they don't feel like a completely basic recipe, but this recipe is more like a classic brownie.

You can see the original recipe here!

▶Ingredients (for one square mold (19.5cm * 19.5cm))
225g dark coverture chocolate(70% cacao content)
85g Unsalted butter
180g Brown sugar (slightly reduced)
1g Salt
125g eggs
2g Vanilla extract
65g all-purpose flour

1) Melt the butter and dark couverture chocolate together in a bowl.
2) Add brown sugar and salt to the eggs and whip at high speed until bright.
3) Add 1) and vanilla extract to 2) and mix.
4) Sift in the flour and mix.
5) Bake in a preheated oven at 160 degrees Celcius for 17 minutes.
* Since it is winter and the room temperature is low, the dough may harden while mixing, so keep the temperature of the melted chocolate and eggs warm until just before adding them to the dough.

*Storage: can be stored for up to 5 days at room temperature (excluding summer), 1 month frozen. Cut them, and individually wrap them when you store them.
