My husband likes cookies so much, so I stuffed them in the freezer.

✔Cookie (pate sucree)

(room temperature) unsalted butter 140g
(room temperature) eggs 50g
90g powdered sugar
2 g salt
240g Cake flour
40g hazelnut or almond powder
Corn Starch 20g

✔Ganache (20 pieces)
130g dark chocolate
50g milk chocolate
180g whipped cream

Roasted Hazelnuts 30-40g
