[RECIPE]

Ingredients
500 g of radishes, 30 g of trimmed anchovies,
1/2 green onion, 1 green pepper, 1 red pepper,
3 cups of water (600 ml), a pinch of salt

Seasoning)
2~2 1/2 tbsp soybean paste, 1 tbsp minced garlic,
2 tablespoon perilla oil, 1 tablespoon red pepper flakes

Preparation
1. Trim the young radish, add salt to boiling water and blanch for 3~4 minutes.
Rinse in cold water, squeeze out the water, and cut into bite-sized pieces
2. Remove the head and internal organs of the anchovies and cook them in a dry pan
3. Chop the green onion, green pepper, and red pepper
4. Add the seasoning to the radish and season with your hands
5. Put the seasoned radish and green onion in a pot, pour in a small amount of water, cover with a lid and simmer slowly over medium heat for 20~25 minutes
6. Add the green and red peppers and cook for a while more to finish
