Recipe

Ingredients
1 can of whelks (300 g, 120 g solid excluding broth),
40 g green onions, 1/4 onion, 1/2 cucumber (70 g),
1/2 tablespoon sesame oil, 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Seasoning)
2 tablespoons all-purpose soy sauce (1 1/2 tablespoons commercially flavored soy sauce),
2 tablespoons chili powder, 1 tablespoon minced garlic,
1 tablespoon 2x vinegar

Preparation
1. Remove the broth and rinse the whelks in water and cut it into bite-sized pieces
2. Chop the green onion into small slices and chop the onion and soak them in cold water to neutralize the spiciness
3. Cut the cucumber in half lengthwise, remove the seeds and cut into thin slices
4.. Add the sesame oil to the onion and cucumber and mix first, then add the rest of the seasonings and toss
