Today I’m going to be sharing with you how to make the the best pozole verde (green pork pozole) omg let me tell you we been waiting to finally enjoy a bowl of pozole! My whole family enjoys it! It’s just soooo delicious and easy to make! The pork is so tender, the broth is so flavorful ahhh it’s just perfect!!!!

Tip : if you want your meat to be shredded, cut your pork shoulder butt into large pieces and after 1 hour and 20 mi it's remove from broth and shred and then continue following the year of the steps..🙂

My pozole is not spicy at all, it's the perfect spice, my whole family enjoys it ☺️💕

Ingredients:
For the meat:
5 lbs boneless pork shoulder butt roast after removing fat I was left with 4lbs
2 lbs pork country style ribs
14-16 cups water
1 onion
1 garlic head
Salt (your liking) I'm using 2 tbsp
Fresh thyme, bay leaves , oregano
110 oz hominy- my favorite brand is Juanitas
For the sauce:
14 Tomatillos
4 Anaheim peppers
2 poblano peppers
5 chile Serrano
4 garlic cloves
1 bunch cilantro
Spinach
1/2 onion
2 bay leaves
2 tbsp chicken bouillon
1 tbsp oregano
2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp cumin
1 serving of love 💕
