Hello my beautiful fam! Welcome back to my kitchen today I’m going to share with you how to make a easy and delicious mole verde, or as many may know it as pipián. Blenders I use at the moment, Vitamix a3500 and Ninja BL770
All my utensils are from Walmart 😊

Ingredients:
3 lbs chicken
3/4 c chicken bouillon
Black pepper
1/4 tsp cumin
1/4 tsp oregano
8 tomatillos
6 chile serranos
2 chile jalapeños
2 chile poblanos
1 bunch cilantro
1 ramita de epazote (about 5 epazote leaves)
1/2 bag spinach or about 3 oz
5 lettuce leaves
10 garlic cloves
1 white onion
4 oz (1/2 cup) hulled pumpkin seeds
2 tbsp sesame seeds
15 crackers
About 10 cups water
