This section is all about the fun stuff: finding our safe space, reconnecting to our inner child, our ancestors, and ourselves and managing the big feelings that come from living in... well... this. Also highlighted is just how incredible our minds can be in using imagination to heal.

Some additional notes: I strongly believe you do not have to connect to abusive ancestors! I am not encouraging this and that would not be safe.

As always, the only "right" way to do something is the way that actually works for you, and that changes. You are in charge of the choices you make, what I’m saying is purely an example or suggestion.
