Welcome to this powerful 8 hour sleep hypnosis for pain relief and full body relaxation. This sleep hypnosis is designed to help you get a full night’s sleep with less pain and is helpful for both temporary and chronic suffering. My goal for this session is to provide you with lasting relief that will help you fall asleep faster and stay asleep longer.

This hypnosis has been inspired by a recent trip I took to Lanzarote on the Canary Islands. The volcanic landscape by the sea was breathtaking and I have created a vivid re-creation of much of the scenery I enjoyed while I was there spending time with my son, down by the beach, swimming in the sea, and looking in the rockpools for animals and fish.

Please note that hypnotherapy is complimentary therapy and you should use it alongside the advise of your physician for any ailments it is not a substitute for health care treatment but maybe a helpful addition to your self care routine.
