DESCRIPTION - CACTUS EXPRESS TRAIN BY CACTUS JACK
0:00 Howdy everyone! For an event full of fun and flavour, for family and friends... check this out! We need a little bit of kindling for our smoker; for our new Cactus Express by Cactus Jack. Come on, I'll give you a tour.

0:25 So, the last logs have been cut and chopped and we're ready to light up our Cactus Express.

Here is the furnace, a.k.a the firebox. I open this up and load it up so that we can fire it up, and then we can place our cuts of meat. After a few hours we'll be all set and we'll be licking our chops.

0:50 So, we fuelled it with wood and all is ready. Now let's close this. We'll bring it up to temperature and regulate the airflow with this vent. This is how we can set the optimal airflow, to reach and maintain the right temperature.

Up on top, you'll find the grilling compartment with three grill trays, where we can lay out our ribs and cook them «Low & Slow».

We also have another vent here, that allows us to control the airflow and temperature. And this is our small chimney stack which we can open up later once we've heated it up.

1:30 So, here we are next to our splendid Cactus Express demonstrator model. We monitor our temperature with three thermometers on the sides of three grilling compartments, which we can load up, over a length of three meters. Here's the first compartment and the second compartment, and the third compartment. Grilling and smoking with charcoal - that's what makes it all so tasty. Follow me, I'll show you some more.

1:59 In order for the Cactus Express to operate, we need to open the smoke stack, of course, to keep the smoke from our charcoal flowing nicely, priming the grill so that it can reach the right temperature, after which we can load up the grill.

Quickly, 'cause I'm getting hungry!

2:15 So, now we light up the fire. let's give it some heat; Yessiree! And when it gets dark out and we need to see where we're going, then we've got our very own headlight!
