After a long afternoon, lots of cloud, and plenty of doubts, this severe thunderstorm finally developed in the Mulgowie area of south-east Queensland Australia around 4pm on November 17, 2020. It produced at least golf ball sized hail and the lightning sparked several fires in the dry grassland. I was lucky enough to be nearby in good storm chasing country when it was at its best.

The town of Rosewood was luckily spared this time after a horror few weeks of multiple severe thunderstorm impacts.
