I thought I'd finally put up a video on the epic chase day on the Darling Downs on Boxing Day 2017. Phil and I chased numerous storms (including one that dropped softball hail closer to Toowoomba) but the action in this video is the best of it.

This storm starts as a classic supercell but it morphs into HP (high precipitation) as the afternoon goes on. Unfortunately the area suffered, with millions of dollars lost in crop and structure damage due to large hail and destructive winds.
