Stenosis means narrowing of space
Lumber stenosis of two types , one is spinal canal stenosis and other is neural foramen stenosis . If there is narrowing of Spinal canal is called spinal canal stenosis and if there's narrowing of neural foramen is called neural foramen stenosis , in Both types of these lumber stenosis there is pinched nerve on lumber spine so that there is back pain , radiculopathy means tingling numbness weakness pain in one or both legs
In this case we have to increase space to get rid of all these spine problems , for that we have to follow two step process , in step 1 we have to do all stretches and in step 2 we have to strengthen back muscles
