Sometimes we use a 100 miler to train for another 100 miler. I'm officially crazy! Coming from Minnesota where we can do hill repeats all day but can't get an extended ascent or descent, Bighorn seemed like a great race to round things out. My friend recommended this race to me, so I joined her and really enjoyed this breathtaking course at mid-altitude with INCREDIBLE support from volunteers. No detail was overlooked in this race.
