Am I really able to share a 'road to UTMB' video? It still doesn't seem real. Preparing for a dream race calls for special measures. I'm honored to be one of (traditionally) not too many females representing the US at this iconic race, and am indulging in some special tactics to prepare. I'm fortunate to have Krissy Moehl on my team to help with a vert and run plan. And I have the incredible Aaron Boike from PRG helping me with a strength plan designed for 33,000 feet of climbing in the Alps. Most importantly, I am blessed to have my friends and family, too. On race day, I know it's all up to me. But all of these memories will be arrows in my quiver, and that is a pretty powerful situation.
