This is my favorite hot chocolate. This recipe can be doubled and then doubled again, and you can use whatever milk you like.
This is what I used for a single serving:
I cup milk
I Tablespoon cocoa
1 Tablespoon sugar
2 Tablespoons chocolate chips, your choice


Over medium heat, I put in my milk, cocoa and sugar and whisk until the sugar is melted. Then I add my chocolate chips and stir until they're melted, then I give it a good whisk. You don't want this to boil. Just heat until it's warmed and the chips are melted.
Top with your favorite topping and enjoy.
