Hot chocolate whipped cream is so easy to make and so good. You can use this to top cold or warm milk. I will be using it to top my hot chocolate.
You can double this recipe.

Ingredients and Directions:
1/2 cup cold whipping cream
1/4 cup powdered sugar, or, 2 Tablespoons sugar
1 packet instant hot cocoa mix, or, 1/4 cup

Mix all three of the ingredients until peaks form. Don't over whip it.
Add this to cold or warm milk. Enjoy!

If you try this, you can add other ingredients to this to make it your own. The next time I make it, I will add just a splash of vanilla.
