1 cup whole milk
1 cup sugar
On low heat, melt your sugar with your milk just until the sugar is melted.
3 cups heavy whipping cream
1-2 tsps. peppermint extract (Next time I will only use one tsp.)
green food coloring (optional)
Mix everything well and add it to your ice cream maker
